MORNING PRAYER (Thursday 11th August 2022)

Dear Lord,

We pray for our faith community as we gather in worship. May we find meaning and fulfilment in what we already have and reach out to provide for those in need.

We pray that those who are ill may be strengthened in their struggle and pain.

We pray for those who have died recently and those whose anniversaries occur at this time. May they share fully in the glory of God’s promise.

God of life, receive these prayers of intercession. May your mercy flow in abundance upon all who are in need. We make our prayer through Christ, our Lord.

Amen.
