    Dear Deacon Nguyen,

    Join us today as we remember in prayer all our loved ones who have passed on.

    All Souls Prayer
    O God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob
    You call each generation anew
    to enter into Your holy covenant
    of peace, wisdom and life.

    In your hands are the souls of all Your holy ones
    the great and the small alike
    each rejoicing in Your mercy and love
    even as they intercede on our behalf
    who struggle here below.

    Lord, we believe that the loving bonds
    that unite us throughout life
    do not unravel with death
    but rather come to fulfillment
    in Your loving presence.

    Accept then, O Lord, our prayers for
    all our loved ones who have died
    and may Your saints come to our aid
    until that blessed day when we are
    together forever in Your peace.
