Kris EastThu, Mar 10 at 6:15 AMHi Deacon Dinh,
We have 2 great webinars coming up and we hope you can join us!
First, on March 17th we will feature Br. Loren Beaudry, M.M. who works with a project, the Msaada Foundation, started by him and two Tanzanian teachers. Msaada is the Swahili word meaning "support." Its goal is to teach schools about learning disabilities like Dyslexia, ADHD, ADD and Autism to help them better teach their students. Br. Loren, born on a farm in Minnesota, joined Maryknoll as a Lay Brother to live his dream of working among the poor in a foreign land. Br. Loren will be joined by two Tanzanian teachers, Stephen Methusela and Renatus Mahendeka from the Msaada Foundation. Their bios are available to read when you click here to sign up for Br. Loren's webinar.
Our next webinar on April 6 features Fr. Joyalito Tajonero, M.M. and his work with migrants in Taiwan. These migrants come from the Philippines, Myanmar, Indonesia and Vietnam. In addition, Fr. Joy welcomes volunteers form Maryknoll's Short Term Overseas Volunteer Program which is open to resuming depending on the pandemic. Click here to sign up for Fr. Joy's webinar.
