MORNING PRAYER (Friday 23rd September 2022)
In the Gospel, Jesus tells us that it is good if we can be trusted to look after our money and the things we own. If we want to be given responsibility for big things, we need to show we can be trusted with small things. Jesus does not want us to think too much about money and possessions. Jesus wants us to use the things we have to help other people.
Thank you, Jesus, for all the good gifts you have given to me. Help me to take care of my things and to use what I have well. Help me to be generous and to share what I have.
